How to Reserve Funds for Hunger Games Training
(Step Up EMA Marketplace Instructions)

Parents can reserve payments for Hunger Games Training only through the Step Up EMA Marketplace once their student has been funded for the school year. Follow the steps below to complete the reservation process.
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
🔐 1. Log In to Your EMA Account

Go to the EMA portal and sign in.

You will land on your Dashboard.
🛒 2. Access the Marketplace

On the left-hand menu, click Marketplace.

Select Find Providers.
👤 3. Select Your Student

On the left side, choose the correct student from the drop‑down menu.

Services must be reserved under the correct child.
🔎 4. Search for Hunger Games Training
You can search in two ways:
📂 Option A: Browse Categories
Use the category drop‑down menu.
🔍 Option B: Search by Name
Type “Hunger Games Training” into the search bar.
📍 5. Choose the Correct Location
Select the Hunger Games Training location you wish to reserve services with.
➕ 6. Add Services

Review available services.

Select the service and the quantity.

Click Add to Cart.

A confirmation message will appear.
🛍️ 7. Reserve Funds

Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

Review your cart.

Click Reserve Funds.

A message will appear asking you to confirm sharing information with Hunger Games Training.

Check Yes to confirm.
✅ 8. Final Confirmation
You will receive a message confirming that your funds have been successfully reserved.

Reserving funds does not schedule your sessions. You must contact Hunger Games Training directly to enroll into your training times.
