Our Physical Education (PE) program is a structured, high-quality athletic development experience designed to support students both physically and mentally. This program goes beyond traditional PE by combining fitness, sports skill development, and character-building into one results-driven system.

 

Students participate in guided sessions that focus on strength, speed, coordination, endurance, and overall health, while also developing discipline, confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. Each session is designed to keep students active, engaged, and progressing at their individual level.

This program aligns with the expectations of home education and scholarship-funded programs, providing a consistent and trackable physical education component that supports a student’s overall academic and personal development.

Football Team Training (Group Sessions)

Take your team’s performance to the next level with structured, high-energy football training designed to build skill, strength, speed, and teamwork. Each session focuses on fundamentals, position-specific development, conditioning, and game-ready execution.

This is a group based training service priced at $10 per athlete with a minimum of 8 players required to book a session at that price. $15 person if less than 8 players
